1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and mbi7 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "mbi7"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atmbi7.cam.

mbi7 provides an online casino, live dealer gaming, and sports betting platform designed and operated for players in Malaysia. All services offered on mbi7 — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer tables, sports wagering, and promotional offers — are subject to this Agreement.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing bet, or otherwise using any mbi7 service, you expressly agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2Definitions

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on mbi7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You areat least 21 years of age. mbi7 strictly prohibits the registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years old. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of mbi7 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You hold onlyone (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, household accounts, or accounts registered using shared IP addresses with another mbi7 account are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep your account details updated at all times.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either requested by you through mbi7's responsible gambling tools or imposed by a regulatory authority.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to mask your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.

4Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an mbi7 account, you must complete the registration form, providing your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad or Passport), email address, and contact number. All fields are mandatory. Registration constitutes your agreement to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mbi7 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must:

• Never share your username, password, or one-time pascodes with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify mbi7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

mbi7 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from sharing credentials or failing to report suspected compromise promptly.

4.3 KYC Verification

mbi7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mbi7 supports the following payment channels for Malaysian players:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method, up to RM50,000 via DuitNow. All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate return of funds and potential account suspension.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. mbi7 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, with most requests completed within 15 minutes during operational hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Delays

mbi7 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC documentation has not been submitted or is under review.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been fully satisfied.
• An internal compliance or fraud review is in progress.
• The withdrawal request triggers anti-money laundering (AML) check.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, welcome offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards offered by mbi7 are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limitations. These individual promotion terms are displayed on the relevant offer page and form part of this Agreement by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered at the specified multiplier (as stated per promotion) before any winings attributable to bonus play can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requiresRM3,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates vary by game type and are displayed in the promotion details.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

mbi7 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a User has:

• Registered multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placed bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (e.g., placing equal and opposite bets on the same outcome).
• Coordinated with other users to exploit promotional structures.
• Provided false information to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the period stated in the relevant offer (typically 7 to 30 days). Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games on mbi7, including slots, live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo, operate under their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. RNG-based games use certified random number generation. Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the physical dealer and studio from which they are streamed.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets available on mbi7 include Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, UFC, and others. Odds are subject to change prior to event comencement. Once a bet is confirmed, the accepted odds are binding regardless of subsequent market movement. Live in-play betting is subject to real-time odds updates and may be suspended at any time at the discretion of mbi7's trading team.

7.3 Bet Cancellation

mbi7 reserves the right to void or cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• Manifest pricing errors or obvious system malfunctions.
• Match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment without result.
• Evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.
• A confirmed technical error in odds calculation or display.

7.4 Maximum Winings

mbi7 applies a maximum payout limit per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting section. In the event of a technical fault that results in a wager being recorded at incorrect odds or stakes, mbi7 reserves the right to adjust the bet to the correct terms or void the wager entirely.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbi7 Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform, including odds feeds, game logic, or user data.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or sports betting markets.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering through deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without their authorisation.
• Using the Platform to facilitate or promote illegal activity of any kind.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the mbi7 Platform — including but not limited to the mbi7 brand name, logo, graphic design, software, game interfaces, written copy, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mbi7 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any mbi7 content without express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of mbi7's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi7 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to account compromise resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Interrupted access to the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Inaccuracies or delays in live odds or game data resulting from third-party data feeds.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform, as gambling inherently involves financial risk.
• Platform unavailability due to Force Majeure events.

mbi7's total aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your mbi7 account at the time of the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

11Responsible Gambling

mbi7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of player protection tools accessible through your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to help you manage your gambling budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Customisable session alerts to notify you of the time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion for a period of between 30 days and five years, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be restricted from all gambling activity and you will be removed from marketing communications.

12Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by mbi7

mbi7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole reasonable discretion, where it has reason to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is subject to a law enforcement or regulatory investigation.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns suggest fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to mbi7 or other users.

In the event of account closure for cause, mbi7 reserves the right to withold funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting mbi7 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Account data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mbi7 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting mbi7 customer support at [email protected]. mbi7 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of acknowledgement.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. Details of the arbitration procedure will be provided upon escalation of a formal complaint.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent mbi7 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

14Amendments to These Terms

mbi7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, mbi7 will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the change taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
